Posted on the 03/06/2019 – Representatives of the 6 partners of EXPERTISE have implemented their sixth official meeting in Lodz, Poland from the 29/05/2019 to 01/06/2019. Two representatives of each country and organisation have met on this city to carry out the last project event that will meet together all its partnership.

During this meeting the partner from Poland (WYZSZA SZKOLA BIZNESU I NAUK O ZDROWIU) has shared its good practice on youth training and employability with all the attendees. The practice was related to the promotion of social and interpersonal skills that all the participants have experienced and tested as an exercise. Besides this, partners have participated and interacted with local students of the faculty of cosmetology of this organisation on a special session for mind and body.

The main methods seen in the meeting receive the name of GROW and SMART: Both exercises are methodologies are strategies to work on youth or personal goals and how to arrange them in order to be easy to achieve. A SMART goal shows ways to define easier the definition or description that a goal should have to be achieved (S: specific, M: measurable, A: attainable, R: relevant, T: Time bound). Another exercise done was called GROW, used to discover potential solutions to a problem and in order to carry them out (G: Goal, what do you want to achieve? R: Reality, Describe the current situation. O: Options, what are you options? W: Will, what action will you take?). The GROW method can be combined with the SMART in order to define goals properly and solutions to achieve the goals planed.

Furthermore, all partners have worked on future project ideas and on administration issues of the project, in order to have all the tasks and justification documents completed before the end of EXPERTISE and to complete its final report.
