Posted on the 18/12/2017 – Representatives of the six project partners met together in Logroño (Spain) in order to participate on the first transnational meeting of EXPERTISE. During the two days of activities attendees had the chance to discuss about the project administrative issues, its calendar and presented their programmes about youth education and employability. Besides general arragements of the project, participants could visit the facilities of the Paula Montal school as hosting organisation. They also interacted with the students of the school and learnt different good practices related to the labour guidance of young people that will be afterwards replicated and tested in all the project countries at local level. The local testing will be implemented along the project and will make possible not only to adapt the good practices exposed during the project transnational meetings to different people and contexts, but also to obtain an accurate feedback from those target groups involved on the mentioned workshops. This process will generate improvements and variations on the exercises carried out that will be detailed and included on the project final output: a manual containing good practices for the training, education and guidance of young people towards employability and especially focused on young people with fewer opportunities. You can see more photos of this activity on the project Facebook page.
